Your First Visit
Your first visit to Skopek Orthodontics will be very informative. You will spend the majority of your appointment with Dr. Skopek and Janet, our Treatment Coordinator. Dr. Skopek will perform a complete examination, and then any treatment recommendations that may be appropriate will be explained to you.

To help us speed up your initial examination, we are providing you with medical/dental history forms that you may complete at your convenience. Please bring this form to us at the time of your initial examination. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have at this appointment and at any point throughout treatment. The better we communicate, the better we can care for you and your family. Your questions are always welcome.
